Larceny Arrest

April 1, 2024 • 2:32 p.m.

Officers responded for the report of a larceny. The reporting party stated that an unknown male entered the business, took alcohol, and left the business without rendering payment. Officers located the subject nearby. Jason Bailey, 29, of No Fixed Address was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was charged with Petit Larceny. Bailey was held on no bond. (2024-5517)

Officers responded for the report of a larceny. The reporting party stated that a known male entered the business, took a visitor's cellphone, and left the business. The Patrol Operations Division is investigating. (2024-5552)


Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle

Officers responded for the report of an unauthorized use of a vehicle. The reporting party stated that a known male had taken their car without their permission. The vehicle was later returned. The Patrol Operations Division is investigating. (2024-5551)


Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle Arrest

10400 Fairfax Blvd. 

April 3, 2024 • 9:29 a.m. 

Officers responded to the area for a FLOCK alert for a stolen vehicle. Officers located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. The investigation revealed that the driver of the vehicle did not have the owner's permission to possess the vehicle.  Oscar Hernandez, 31, of Spotsylvania was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was charged with Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle and Driving on a Revoked License. Hernandez was given a secure bond. (2024-5590)

Officers responded for the report of a larceny. The reporting party stated that an unknown male entered the business, took alcohol, and left the business without rendering payment. Officers located the subject nearby. Jacob Frink, 48, of South Carolina was issued a Virginia Uniformed Summons for Petit Larceny and was released. Frink was given a City of Fairfax General District Court Date. (2024-5595)

Officers responded for the report of a larceny. The reporting party stated that an unknown male entered the business, took an item, and left the business without rendering payment. Trespassing Arrest

Revolution Darts and Billiards, 9687 Fairfax Blvd.

Officers responded for the report of a trespassing. The reporting party stated that a known male that had been previously trespassed from the property was back on the property. Officers located the subject nearby. John Morgan, 72, of No Fixed Address was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was charged with Trespassing. Morgan was held without bond. (2024-5610)

Officers responded for the report of a larceny. The reporting party stated that an unknown male entered the business, took a consumable item, and left the business without rendering payment. Officers located the subject nearby. Harper Broussard, 20, of Alexandria was issued a Virginia Uniformed Summons and was released. Broussard was given a City of Fairfax General District Court date. (2024-5615)

Vandalism

Bank of America, 11190 Fairfax Blvd. 

April 4, 2024 • 10:20 p.m. 

Officers responded for the report of a vandalism. The reporting party stated that a known male entered the unlocked vestibule area of the business, broke a window, and left the area. Officers were able to identify the suspect and obtain a warrant for Destruction of Property. This case is pending warrant service. (2024-5654)


Assault

Commonwealth Brewing Company, 10426 Main St.

April 4, 2024 • 3:48 p.m. 

Officers responded for the report of an assault. The reporting party stated that an unknown male entered the business, demanded to use the business' facilities, and began to argue with a staff member. The reporting party stated that the unknown male assaulted them. No injuries were reported. Officers located the subject nearby. The victim declined to prosecute. Warrant Service Arrest

U.S. Post Office, 10660 Paige Ave. 

April 5, 2024 • 2:45 a.m. 

Officers responded for a business alarm. Officers made contact with an employee on scene. The investigation revealed that the alarm was accidental but that the employee had an active warrant out of the City of Manassas for Trespassing. Charles Wenberg, 56, of Manassas was issued his warrant for Trespassing and was released. (2024-5702)


Vandalism

The Fairfax Museum, 10209 Main St.

April 5, 2024 • 9:56 a.m. 

Officers responded for the report of a vandalism. The reporting party stated that persons unknown spray-painted graffiti in the parking structure of the property. The Patrol Operations Division is investigating. (2024-5715)


DUI Arrest

11002 Fairfax Blvd. 

April 6, 2024 • 12:06 a.m. 

An officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle. The investigation revealed that the driver was under the influence of alcohol. Carlos Gonzalez Mateos, 45, of Chantilly was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was charged with Driving Under the Influence, Refusal, and Speeding. Gonzalez Mateos was held on a secure bond. (2024-5768)
