Officers responded to the area for a FLOCK alert for a stolen vehicle. Officers located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. The investigation revealed that the driver of the vehicle did not have the owner's permission to possess the vehicle.  Oscar Hernandez, 31, of Spotsylvania was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was charged with Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle and Driving on a Revoked License. Hernandez was given a secure bond. (2024-5590)

The reporting party stated that an unknown male entered the business, demanded to use the business' facilities, and began to argue with a staff member. The reporting party stated that the unknown male assaulted them. No injuries were reported. Officers located the subject nearby. The victim declined to prosecute. Warrant Service Arrest

An officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle. The investigation revealed that the driver was under the influence of alcohol. Carlos Gonzalez Mateos, 45, of Chantilly was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was charged with Driving Under the Influence, Refusal, and Speeding. Gonzalez Mateos was held on a secure bond. (2024-5768)
