Throw Missiles at an Occupied Vehicle Arrest

Officers responded for the report of an assault. The reporting party stated that during a road rage incident, an unknown male threw an empty bottle into their vehicle striking their child. No injuries were reported. Officers identified the suspect and obtained warrants. On October 19, 2024 Steve Nguyen, 37, of Falls Church was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was served his warrants for Throwing a Missile at an Occupied Vehicle and Assault. Nguyen was released on his promise to appear in court. (2024-16601)

Officers responded for the delayed report of a larceny. The reporting party stated that during the overnight hours, persons unknown stole their yard signs. The Patrol Operations Division is investigating. (2024-16692)

Officers responded for the report of a vandalism. The reporting party stated that persons unknown have been throwing mud on their yard sign. There is no further information at this time. (2024-16693)
Larceny Arrest

Officers responded for the report of a larceny. The reporting party stated that an unknown male entered the business, took an item, and left the business without rendering payment. Officers located the suspect nearby. Yong Lin, 70, of Fairfax was issued a summons for Petit Larceny and was released. Lin has a pending City of Fairfax General District Court date. (2024-16728)
Disorderly Arrest
The Shops at Fairfax, 10782 Fairfax Blvd.
October 15, 2024 • 7:17 p.m.
Officers responded for multiple reports of a disorderly individual. Reporting parties stated that an unknown male was being disruptive inside of multiple businesses and harassing multiple customers. Officers located the subject nearby. Anthony Featherstone, 23, of Fairfax was arrested and transported to Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was charged with Obstruction of Justice and three counts of Disorderly Conduct. Featherstone was held without bond. (2024-16728)

Officers responded for the report of a larceny. The reporting party stated two unknown males entered the store, took multiple items, and left the business without rendering payment. The Patrol Operations Division is investigating. (2024-16754)
Warrant Service Arrest

Officers responded for the report of a domestic disturbance. Investigation revealed that one of the parties involved was wanted out of Fairfax County and Loundoun County. Joshua Brown, 32, of Centreville was arrested and transported to Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was served his warrants for Failure to Appear. Brown was held on no bond. (2024-16757)

Officers responded for the execution of a search warrant. During the search, officers located an individual wanted out of Fairfax County for Felony Probation Violation. Hadieh Dema, 35, of No Fixed Address was transported to Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where she was served her warrant for Felony Probation Violation. Dema was held without bond. (2024-16769)

Officers responded for the delayed report of a trespassing. The reporting party stated that during the overnight hours an unknown male entered their backyard and left a short time later. The Patrol Operations Division is investigating. (2024-16776)

Officers responded for the report of a larceny. The reporting party stated an unknown male left the restaurant without paying for his meal. Officers quickly identified the subject and located him nearby. Robert Straus, 35, of No Fixed Address was arrested and transported to Fairfax Adult Detention Center where he was charged with Petit Larceny. Straus held on no bond. (2024-16802)

Officers responded for the report of a disorderly individual. The reporting party stated an unknown male entered the restaurant, attempted to take food, yelled profanities, and threw condiments at customers and employees, striking two people. The victims declined to prosecute. There is no further information at this time. (2024-16851)

Officers responded for the report of a larceny. The reporting party stated that an unknown male entered the business, took two bottles of alcohol, and left the business without rendering payment. The Patrol Operations Division is investigating. (2024-16955)
DUI Arrest
Main St./ Jermantown Rd.
October 19, 2024 • 11:53 p.m.
An officer conducting traffic enforcement observed a vehicle that was driving erratically. The officer conducted a traffic stop and determined that the driver was under the influence of alcohol. Further investigation revealed that the driver was also driving on a suspended license. Jorge Fuentes, 24, of Fairfax was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was charged with DUI, Driving while Suspended, and Failure to Maintain Proper Control. Fuentes was held until he was deemed sober. (2024-16974)
