• Friends of the Fairfax City Library will hold their fall book sale Nov. 2-5. Enjoy a special preview sale Nov. 2 with prepaid admission (info: folfairfaxcity@gmail.com). The book sale will open to the public Nov. 3-5 on the first floor of the library. Don’t forget the Bag Sale, where books are sold by the bag on the final day of the sale.

• Virginia Room Friends Fall Book Sale will hold their book sale 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nov 4-5 on the second floor of the City of Fairfax Regional Library. This sale features gently used history and genealogy books.
