Real Estate Pre-Payment Option

Effective July 1, 2017, the City of Fairfax now offers automated ACH (Debit) payments for pre-payment of Real Estate bills.

The City of Fairfax will automatically debit your bank account.

Set your own schedule.
- Funds can be taken out daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually.
Set the amount to be taken out based on the schedule you have chosen.
FEE: $0.00 - There is no longer a fee for this service!

The application process is simple and only requires a few minutes of your time.

We must have an original signature in order to begin the process (electronic signatures will be returned).
