This project seeks to rectify contradictions between the zoning ordinance and adopted Small Area Plans.

The city has adopted four small area plans for identified Activity Centers. Some of the guidance in these Small Area Plans contradicts the zoning ordinance.

The goal of this project is to identify major points of contradiction and examine what, if any, updates should be made to the zoning ordinance to make the ordinance and policy documents more aligned.
