Planning and Zoning applications and forms can be downloaded, filled, signed and submitted via e-mail to zoning@fairfaxva.gov. In addition to the applications available for download, you may now apply for some permits through the new City of Fairfax Permit Portal page. Click on the appropriate link next to the application type to get started.
Information on submitting downloadable applications and supporting documents are provided on the Community Development & Planning Current Provisions and Operating Procedures page.
