Background

A rezoning application was submitted on August 6, 2018 for a mixed-use Planned Development. The applicant proposes to redevelop six parcels including the Breezeway Motel, Fairfax Garden Apartments and 4 single-family homes into 40 townhomes, 20 two-over-two condos and 8,000 sf to 10,010 sf of commercial space along Fairfax Boulevard. 

Requests

The applicant proposes to rezone the subject property from the CR, RMF and RH Districts to Planned Development Mixed-Use (PD-M) District, and approval of a master development plan.
