Application submitted for a rezoning to the RT Residential Townhouse zoning district with the following Special Exceptions:

To allow a modification to the front yard setbacks.
To allow a modification to the rear yard setbacks.
To allow a modification to the side yard setbacks.
A special exception is requested for the landscape strip and street tree requirements.
A special exception is requested for the building height requirement.
A special exception is requested for sidewalk requirement.
