A whole weekend dedicated to Chocolate, who wouldn’t want to participate?  The 32nd Annual Chocolate Lovers Festival will be here before we know it and the Chocolate Lovers Festival Committee, and the City of Fairfax are busy making preparations. In addition to the fun, the purpose of the festival is to create awareness of and to attract folks to the downtown area of the City of Fairfax.
