We welcome all craft vendors to apply to our Holiday Market! Please click HERE to find our application.
Do You Qualify as a Holiday Market Vendor?
We accept vendors who. . .
- Sell handmade, artisan crafts or gourmet food items
- Turn in a completed application and required photos (priority given to those who submit before the deadline).
- Do not sell or display buy-sell items
- Can attend all three days of one of the Holiday Market weekends available
- Follow all Holiday Market Rules & Regulations
APPLYING AFTER THE DEADLINE
All artisans and gourmet food vendors are still welcomed to submit an application after the deadline; however, you will be automatically placed on the waitlist until further notice. If your status changes, you will be notified via email.
All crafters who submit an application will be automatically placed on Crafter's Mailing List to receive future applications and notifications regarding all Fairfax City Craft Shows. If you would like to be removed from this mailing list, please notify us at specialevents@fairfaxva.gov.

PLEASE BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR SCAMMERS attempting to take advantage if our event via Facebook and other websites. They mainly do this by asking for money or make posts, such as, "We still have vendor spots open. Please contact me directly if you're interested." All communication regarding Fairfax City Craft Shows will come directly from our office, including confirmation information, payments, and status updates. We do not advertise open vendor spots on Facebook or any other website.
While we do our best to stay on top of this issue, it can be difficult to keep up with the increasing volume of scammers. Please be vigilant online, protect yourself, and act quickly if you think you've been scammed.
