Project Description: 

This project will construct a missing link of sidewalk on the north side of Sager Avenue between University Drive and East Street where there is no sidewalk currently. This is the only location in the City's downtown/Old Town that does not have a sidewalk. The project will construct new curb, gutter and sidewalk and will install new storm drain facilities

Project Schedule: 

• Design: Late 2021 through Summer 2022
• Construction: Summer 2023

Funding: 

•  TAP Funding (80% Federal, 20% Local)
