The purpose of this study is to examine geometric and operational issues along Old Lee Highway from
Layton Hall Drive to Ridge Avenue, as well as to make recommendations for improving traffic operations,
pedestrian and bicycle circulation, and safety. The recommendations to address issues identified are
categorized by short term and long term improvements.
